MBA - International Business
About Me
I am an MBA student specializing in International Business with practical experience gained through hands-on academic and project-based work in export operations, logistics analysis, and supplier evaluation. I enjoy translating business ideas into structured, executable processes-whether that involves mapping trade workflows, analyzing supply chain costs, or supporting data-driven operational decisions. My background combines international business, HR, and computer technology, allowing me to connect strategy with execution. Through projects involving export documentation, logistics cost comparison, supplier selection, and e-commerce systems, I have worked on real-world business scenarios such as order flow analysis, cost optimization, vendor evaluation, and process improvement. I am particularly interested in export operations, international trade, and supply chain coordination, where I can work closely with global logistics, sourcing decisions, and cross-border business processes. With a strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn, I am actively seeking OPT opportunities in Export Operations, Trade Compliance, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles where I can contribute to real-world global business environments while continuing to grow professionally.
My Projects
Vendor Selection & Fabric Sourcing Analysis
In this project, I evaluated multiple fabric suppliers for uniform manufacturing using a structured vendor selection approach. Suppliers were compared based on price, quality, MOQ, lead time, and reliability, supported by a weighted scoring model. I also analyzed the cost impact of each supplier choice. This project gave me hands-on exposure to procurement, sourcing decisions, and supply chain planning.
Logistics Cost and Transport Mode Analysis
This project involved comparing sea and air freight options for a garment export shipment. I calculated CBM, chargeable weight, total freight cost, and cost per unit to understand the impact of each transport mode. Based on cost efficiency and shipment nature, sea freight was selected as the most suitable option. The project helped me gain practical insight into freight calculation and logistics decision-making.
International Trade & Export Operations Simulation
In this project, I Prepared end-to-end export documents and logistics plan for a garment shipment from India to UAE, including costing, invoicing, freight calculation, and shipping decisions. Gained hands-on experience in international trade and export operations.
